Fundamentals & Private Fundamentals
Our fundamentals program is designed to familiarize new members with the movements, skills, and intensity of CrossFit. It consists of 3-6 sessions. Although perfect for beginners, it is also a great opportunity for veterans of CF to review the basics. These sessions are designed to ensure the knowledge and safety of the movements. We will review CrossFit methodology, various fundamental movements, olympic lifts, nutrition and complete various benchmark workouts. Members must attend all sessions in order to join into our regular group classes. All fundamentals are pre-scheduled by the trainer.
