Getting Started & Fees

Getting started with CrossFit Diamond is easy.  We recommend that you first try a FREE introductory class.  Click here to learn more and to schedule your introductory class.

Then if you feel CrossFit is for you we offer a Fundamentals program that’s designed to familiarize you with the movements, skills, and intensity of CrossFit.  It consists of 3- 6 sessions.  Click here to learn more.

After the Fundamentals program, you can then join our group classes and participate in the daily WODs (Workout Of the Day) in a fun, challenging and comfortable environment.

Membership Options

1 month unlimited $175/month*
2 family members 1 month unlimited $300 (Can be used for any 2 family members living in the same household.)*
12 session punch card $200 (no commitment, 6-month expiration, discounts cannot be used with this membership)*
Drop-In $20/Session (discounts do not apply, experienced members only)
High School Student Drop In $15/Session (discounts do not apply, first 2 sessions are by appt only)
*All new members must complete 3 private fundamentals sessions before joining in the group sessions.  These private sessions are $30 each.  Anyone who purchases a membership at the completion of these fundamentals sessions will receive $90 credit toward any membership.  Or you may choose to purchase a membership and receive the 3 fundamentals for free.  Membership will not begin until 3 fundamental sessions are completed.  (Exceptions for experienced athletes may be made.)
Discounts (only applicable to unlimited memberships and one per member)
  • – First Responder Discount, 15% off monthly membership (Police Officers, Firefighters, EMT’s, etc.)
  • – Masters/Senior Discount, 15% off monthly membership (55 and over)
  • – Full-Time Student Discount, 15% off monthly membership (up to 25 Years old)
