Get Started

Getting started with CrossFit Diamond is easy.  We recommend that you first try a FREE introductory class.  Click here to learn more and to schedule your introductory class.

Then if you feel CrossFit is for you we offer a Fundamentals program that’s designed to familiarize you with the movements, skills and intensity of CrossFit.  It consists of 3- 6 sessions.  Click here to learn more.

After the Fundamentals program you can then join our group classes and participate in the daily WODs (Workout Of the Day) in a fun, challenging and comfortable environment.
