TABATA Challenge

30 Day TABATA Challenge

Starts Sunday, April 28th

Join me in getting fit for

Memorial Day!

Guidelines:

Must participate any 5 days in each week.

Must complete 2 TABATAS in a row.  (Total of 8 mins.)

Must choose 2 movements from 2 different modalities each session.  (Modalities are: weightlifting, gymnastics, & metabolic. Suggestions are listed below.)

May alternate movements or do the Tabata in a traditional manner.

May not repeat any two movements in a given week.

You may count any Tabata done during a CFD WOD.

No banking or borrowing.
